Funeral services for Mr. A. T. Riser, age 62, of Hebert in ward 8 passed away at his home early Saturday morning, were held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Bethany Baptist church with the Rev. J. D. Kitchingham, pastor, in charge. Members of the Columbia Masonic Lodge No. 164 had charge of services at the graveside.

Interment, under the direction of the Riser Funeral Home, followed in the Crowville Masonic cemetery at Crowville.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. A. T. Riser of Hebert; four sons, Andrew Riser and Thomas Riser of Crowville, and Melton Riser and Alton Riser, both of Hebert; one sister, Mrs. S. T. Spencerman of Crowville and a brother, I. H. Riser, also of Crowville, and 16 grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers were the friends of the family, whle active pallbearers were H. B. Washam, Ercie McLemore, W. W. Smith, B. B. Lovelady, Jr., L. L. Maxwell and John Kelly, all residents of Hebert.
