BERNICE N. ACKLEY SERVICES ARE HELD

Bernice N. Ackley of Home Valley died Saturday, April 29 at Skyline Hospital at White Salmon of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She is survived by her husband Jack B. Ackley, four children, Lila Mae, Nancy Lee, Nadine Yvonne and Jack B. Jr.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Max I. Teel of Husum; Ethel Munsey and Pauline Stubbs both of White Salmon and Maxine Ziger of Castle Rock, Wash.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 2 at Gardner's Funeral Home in White Salmon with Rev. Alfred Waln officiating. Burial was in Goodwill Cemetery at White Salmon.
Juanita Gardner sang "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere" and "What A Friend We have in Jesus".
Casket bearers were Ray Chambers, Fred Frazer Jr., Milton Connelly, Enoch Deckard, John Thomas and Tom Kimbro.
