A homemaker and a member of the Church of God, she was the daughter of Jessie Arch and Minnie Grissom Bain.
She is survived by her husband, Orene Adams; daughters, Deborah Ballew of Bone Cave, Anna Mae Sharp and Jewellene McGowan, both of Rock Island, Lucille Wagner of Lansing, Mich.; sons, Bobby and Bill Adams of Bone Cave, Julius Adams, Ivey Hillis and James H. (Dickie) Hillis, all of McMinnville; 29 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren, and 22 great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Gladys Hash of McMinnville.
Services were held Tuesday at High's Chapel with Danny Sullivan officiating. Burial followed at Shiloh Cemetery at Mud Creek.
High Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
