Frances Elizabeth Sutton was born November 26, 1942 in Dawson Springs, Kentucky to the late Herman "Bud" and Edna Ferguson Sutton and was married to Melvin Lee Tichenor on December 12, 1964. Frances was a homemaker and a member of the Livermore Wesleyan Church.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by a daughter, Cendy Holmes, who died October 24, 2003.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Melvin Tichenor; two brothers, John Sutton of Dawson Springs and Mike Sutton of Madisonville; two sisters, Barbara Tichenor of Livermore and Nancy Cowen of Madisonville; several nieces and nephews.
