LORAINE ~~ Services for Mrs. Lillie Mae Nelson, 80, a longtime Loraine resident, will be held at the Loraine Methodist Church at 2 p.m. Saturday. The Reverend Storey, pastor, will officiate assisted by the Reverend Murrell Abbott of Clyde. Burial in Loraine Cemetery will be under the direction of Kiker and Son Funeral Home of Colorado City.
Miss. Nelson died Thursday in Hendrick Memorial Hospital.
She was born August 15, 1881 in Travis County near Austin and moved to Loraine from Midland in 1907. She was a member of the Loraine Methodist Church for more than 50 years.
Miss. Nelson is survived by two nieces, Mrs. Clark Tabor of Clyde and Mrs. L. C. Coleman of Wilson; two nephews, Owen Nelson of Abilene and Major Allen Nelson, Jr. of Lubbock; four brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
