Frankie lived in Bardwell and married her high school sweetheart, Pendell Wheatley. They had one son, James Rex Wheatley who died at age three months.
Aunt Frankie was an excellent cook, made the very best Southern fried chicken ever! She was like an angel to us all, with the most beautiful smile and shining white hair.
Her family from Tennessee were of the Quaker faith.
May you rest in peace dear one. Love, Gloria
