Born Sept. 29, 1927, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Edward C. and Vallie V. Holsinger Bauer. She was the wife of Frank C. Naylor, of Sykesville, her husband of nearly 62 years.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are son and daughter-in-law Steven C. and Christine M. Naylor, of Sykesville; grandchildren Sean Calvin Naylor and Nicholas Bryan Naylor, both of Sykesville; and nieces Carol M. King, of Westminster and Andrea Nordeck, of Baltimore, and their families.
She was predeceased by a grandson, Bryan Joseph Naylor; a sister, Mary Smith Simpson; and a nephew, Frank L. Simpson. (edited from the Carroll County Times, Feb. 24, 2009)

Peggy was my grandfather's cousin. She was raised for much of her childhood by his parents John & Blanche (Holsinger) Krickbaum. She was a big help to me in researching our Holsinger family, and sent me many letters with interesting information.
