Mrs. Ethel Currie, 77, a former resident of Bedford and Mitchell, died Saturday evening in San Diego, California, where she had resided since August of 1941.   Mrs. Currie was born in Medora, July 22, 1896, to Henry and Mary Johnson Fountain.  She was married first in 1916 to Louis Baker of Bedford, who died in 1917.  She then married Nathaniel, "Nat" Currie of Bedford on August 14, 1920.  He preceded her in death February 13, 1962.   Her son, Charles Louis Baker, preceded her in death March 21, 1962.   Surviving are three grandchildren and one great grandchild, all of California; one step brother, Froman Wade of Mitchell and a stepsister, Mrs. Russell (Lillian) Johnson, R. 1, Bedford.   She was a member of the United Brethren Church of Medora.   Funeral services and burial were in San Diego.
