Troy Albert, 59, of Amarillo died Friday, Feb. 6, 2009.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Llano Cemetery with the Rev. Kenneth Albert of Dalhart officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Warford-Walker Mortuary, 509 N. Hughes St.

Troy was born Nov. 17, 1949, in Lawton, Okla., to Roy and Johnnie Givens Albert. At the age of 5, Troy and his family moved to Littlefield, where he attended and graduated from high school.

He served more than four years in the U.S. Air Force. He was an electrical power production specialist and served in Vietnam.

His last employment was at Coon Memorial Hospital as a floor technician.

Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Wanda Albert; a brother, the Rev. Kenneth Albert of Dalhart; four sisters, Gail Murray and Ruby Albert, both of Amarillo, Midge Dincent of Dalhart and Bessie Holland of Lubbock; two aunts; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

The family will be at 4110 S. Polk St.
