Funeral service for Virginia Ruth Self, age 71 of Marlow, Oklahoma, will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 6, 2008, in the Laverty Baptist Church, Chickasha. Rev. Toby Walker will officiate. Virginia Ruth Self was born the daughter of Henry Brown and Hazel Scott Bilyeu on February 10, 1937, in Anadarko, Oklahoma. She died on December 3, 2008, in Marlow, Oklahoma. Interment will be in the Celestial Gardens Cemetery of Cyril. Service will be under the direction of the McRay's Cyril Funeral Home.
