Mrs. Jo Gothard Milam age 85, a resident of Coosada, AL passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 . A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. from Millbrook First United Methodist Church with Rev. Jerry May & Rev. David Morris officiating. The interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Milam was born to the late Frank & Effie Morrison Gothard on October 13, 1935 in Clayton, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles "Buck" Milam, sisters Julene Norris Crapps, Ann Green, brothers Charles Gothard, James Gothard, Billy Gothard & Allen Gothard. She was a member of Millbrook First United Methodist Church. She leaves to cherish her memories her daughter Wendy Weaver (Bill), sons Greg Milam (Kayla), Jeff Milam (Rebecca), grandchildren Ben Weaver (Tiffany), Blaine Milam, Katie Milam, Ellie Milam, Jennifer Snider (Steve), Jessica Mollica & eight great grandchildren & a host of nieces & nephews. Those serving as pallbearers will be Ben Weaver, Blaine Milam, Tim Gothard, Trey Gothard, Quinton Lamb & David Wadsworth.
