Mr. Clark was a retired farmer and a member of Corinth Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Ida KEARNEY CLARK; two children, Everett CLARK and Mrs. Ruth FOWLER, both of Macedonia; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and one great, great grand child.
