GOEDER Peggy Jean Goeder, age 82, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away January 4, 2008, in the Kobacker Hospice House. The only child born January 26, 1925, in Toledo, Ohio to Clearance LeRoy and Eleanor Berkrbile. Mrs. Goeder was a graduate of Libby High School in Toledo, Ohio. She worked for the Ohio Bell Telephone Company for 37 years in the Accounting and Commercial departments, in Toledo and Columbus, retiring in 1981. She was a life member of the Telephone Pioneers. Mrs. Goeder enjoyed her life to the fullest. Her pursuit of new and exciting activities was a constant joy to her. Mrs. Goeder, along with her husband, enjoyed traveling throughout the United States, especially to Montana. Surviving is her husband of 62 years, William Goeder, whom she married January 13, 1945, in Amarillo, Texas. Numerous other surviving family members reside in Toledo and other locations in the United States. Service and interment has occurred in the Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery, in Sylvania, Ohio. The family suggests that any memorial contributions be made to the Kobacker Hospice House, at 3595 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio. Peggy was beloved by all who knew her.
