Betty Pounds, 75, died Friday, February 13, 2004, at the North Miss Medical Center in Tupelo, Miss.
Services were held at Waters Funeral Home Chapel in Baldwyn with Bro. Jim Irvin officiating.
Burial was in Kirkville Cemetery.
She was a Member of the Kirkville Baptist Church.
Survivors include 3 Daughters, Brenda Roberts and Husband, Terry, of the Pratt Community; Judy Barnes of Kirkville Community; and Christie Beasley and Husband, Brian, of the Ozark Community; 3 Sons, Larry Pounds and Eddie Pounds, both of the Kirkville Community; and Scottie Pounds and Wife, Christie, of the Casey Creek Community; 3 Sisters, Jo Maxey and Husband, Jim; and Bea Holland and Husband, Lamond, all of Baldwyn; and Bessie Lee Spencer of Marietta; 5 Grandchildren, Michael Roberts, Jamie Roberts, Tracy Barnes, Amber Barnes and Brett Pounds; 1 Step Grandson, Mitch Wilson; 7 Great Grandchildren, Morgan and Madelyn Beasley, Mason Roberts, Collin Roberts, Andy Roberts, Bryson Pounds and Haley Pounds.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Gene Pounds; her Parents, Homer Malone and Lavelle Grissom Malone; and a Son, Ricky Pounds.
Pallbearers will be Tracy Barnes, Michael Roberts, Jamie Roberts, Scottie Pounds and Brett Pounds.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Mitch Wilson and Matt Daniels.
