This is a memorial to a very special pet, who came into our lives in December 1998. It was very unusual the way it all happened. He was standing at the corner of our street with a bigger dog when we walked by. We both petted him. Then he proceeded down the sidewalk ahead of us, sniffing out each walkway leading up to each house. When he got to our walkway, he went up and sat down on our porch. It was all amazing. He stayed on the porch until we let him in the house. We had just moved there, and wasn't wanting a pet at that time. He adopted us,and we fell in love with him right then. Our little grandson named him BoBo.
BoBo was a mixed terrier, and he had a charming personality. He loved everybody, especially children. BoBo dearly loved our granchildren, and always enjoyed their visits. My wife and I spoiled BoBo, and he was "Our Baby". He lived in the house with us. Chicken was his favorite dish.
Last year BoBo nearly died whenever he bacame sick with two kidney stones. God answered our prayers, and BoBo survived. God let us have BoBo one more year. Recently BoBo became ill again. His left nostril became stopped up,and he was breathing through his mouth. The left side of his face was swollen up. It all happened so fast. We took him to the vet two weeks ago,but there wasn't anything that could be done.BoBo had a large tumor that was already eating into his mouth. We made the painful decision to have BoBo put to sleep. We really miss you,BoBo. BoBo was creamated in a communal cremation. Thank you for helping us with our grief by leaving flowers and notes.

Update Sept.2010: Apparantly BoBo wasn't cremated like we thought. The grave picture is apparantly BoBo's grave.
