Stephen "Steve" Bentley Morris, 41, went to be with our Lord after a long illness Wednesday, May 21, 2008.
Graveside: Services will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2008 in the Spring Creek Cemetery, Weatherford.
Visitation: The family will receive guests 8 a.m. to noon at White's Funeral Home in Weatherford.
Steve was a painter by trade. Steve served his country for six years in the United States Army. He was known by his free spirit which allowed him to follow his dreams as an Alaskan fisherman on the Bering Sea. He lived more in his 41 years on earth than most people do in their entire lifetime.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Judy Lynn; his grandparents, William H. Morris Sr. and Opal J. (Farris) Morris, Barney Morman and Juanita (Ware) Morman.
Steve is survived by his parents, Barbara Lou and William H. Morris Jr. of Weatherford; brothers, Mike Morris and wife, Jan, of Denton and Willy Morris and wife, Jenny, of Weatherford; four nieces and four nephews.
