Jaqueline Tomes Bell Crew passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024, at her home at Westminster Canterbury Richmond. She is survived by her daughters, Patti Bell and Terry Cooper (Steve); grandchildren, Richard Bell, Jamie Lynn, Jayson Collier (Sarah), Courtney Strickland (Josh), Dylan Jones, and Savannah Crew; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Brayden, McKenna and April. She was predeceased by an infant daughter, Donna Bell; son, Richard Bell, Sr.; daughter, Carol Jones; sisters, Audrey Payne, Betty Wright, and Pat Gooch; and husband, Charles Crew.

Jackie had a 30 year career as Director of Personnel and Payroll at Children's Hospital, Richmond, and later worked at Westminster Canterbury. Jackie was blessed with many friends that truly enriched her life.

A time of remembrance will be held in the Sanctuary at Westminster Canterbury Richmond on Friday, April 26th, at 2pm, with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to the Westminster Canterbury Fellowship Fund, 1600 Westbrook Ave, Richmond VA 23227.
