Beatrice "Bea" Donawho Pinyan went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 25, 2007, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Saturday in Laurel Land Memorial Chapel, Fort Worth, Dr. Paul Pinyan officiating. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Laurel Land Funeral Home.
Bea was born Dec. 14, 1938, in Waxahachie. Family and friends were Bea's loves, creativity was her passion, and learning her desire. She graduated from TWC and was jack-of-all-trades and master at loving and caring for others.
She was preceded in death by her dad and mother, Wiliford Donawho and Elsie Donawho Garrison; a sister, Christine Stanton; three Donawho nephews, Marty, Bruce and Eric; and brother-in-law, Bobby Benton.
Survivors: Her soulmate and much-loved husband, Billy Pinyan; her son, Paul Pinyan, her proudest creation and achievement, and his wife, Susan; grandsons, Scott Pinyan and wife, Adriana, Chris Pinyan and wife, Amy, and Shaun Pinyan and wife, Toni; great-grandchildren, Allison, Corbin, Jaci, Aaron, Audrey and Katilyn; her siblings whom she loved and wants them to remain close, James Donawho and wife, Jean, and Vinson Donawho and wife, Pat; sisters, Jeri Meadows, Jeanette Benton, Ima Jean McReynolds and husband, Earl, and Linda Crew and husband, Carl; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
