Tracy was the daughter of Virgil and Venita Bowling Coleman who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and a member of the Bowling Fork Freewill Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Tracy was preceded in death by:
- her husband, Jasper Ezekiel "Jib" Colley;
- one son, Brandon Dock Colley;
- one daughter, Mandy Lynn Colley Adkins;
- one brother, Johnny Coleman;
- three sisters, Debbie Wooten, Evelyn Marie Smith, and Athenia Hopkins.
Survivors:
- One son: Tyler Dean Colley of Tennessee;
- Two daughters: Aretha Dawn Colley and Kayla Colley (Adam) Lane both of Tennessee;
- Three brothers: Dean (Robin) Coleman of Harold, Kentucky; Mark (Sadie) Coleman and Lowell Thomas "LT" Coleman both of Bowling Fork, Kentucky;
- Seven sisters: Bethel Coleman of Alabama; Joyce Coleman of Illinois; Mildred Sue Coleman Kohen of Oklahoma; Brenda Coleman Ratliff of Pikeville, Kentucky; Eleanor Kelly (Ravene) Wallace and Elizabeth Coleman (Scottie) Adkins, both of Elkhorn City, Kentucky; and Barbara (Cornelus) Estep of Wise, Virginia;
- Ten grandchildren;
- Four great-grandchildren.

Visitation was at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at the Bowling Fork Freewill Baptist Church, Bowling Fork, Pike County, Kentucky with church service at 7:00 p.m. The funeral service was on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the church with Chris Bartley and Richard Gibson officiating. Burial followed at the Graveyard Hollow Cemetery [listed as Hellier Hill Cemetery on Google Maps and Apple Maps] at Hellier, Pike County, Kentucky.
