Florentine married Eugene J. Kessler June 26, 1941 at Randolph. She was a homemaker and loved the outdoors, taking great pride in her flowers and lawn care. She enjoyed playing cards, playing bridge and 500. Before her marriage, she was an assistant for physicians in Randolph. A past member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Christian Mother Society, Florentine was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church.

Florentine was survived by 5 siblings, 4 children, 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on November 30th at St. Francis Catholic Church in Humphrey with the Rev. Patrick A. McLaughlin officiating. Interment was in the St. Francis Cemetery.
