Rufus M. Fulton, 81, of Corpus Christi, passed away Monday, December 4, 1989 at his home. He was a veteran of World War II having served in Europe and partipated in the Battle of the Bulge. He belonged to the NARFE and AARP. He was a member of Oak Park United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Edna May Fulton of Corpus Christi, Texas; three sisters, Anna Faye Storkey of Taylor, Texas, Hazel Oliver of Fort Worth, Texas, and Ruth Vernengo of Georgetown, Texas; and four brothers Claude Fulton of La Crosse, Wisconsin, Robert Fulton of Greenville, Texas, Albert Fulton of Florence, Texas and Ernest Fulton of Copperas Cove, Texas. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 7, 1989 in the Seaside Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Gibbs officiating . Graveside services will follow in Seaside Memorial Park.
