The death occurred at the Wagga Hospital yesterday morning, as the result of a cancerous growth, of Mr. James Henry Bye, an old and highly respected resident of Wagga. Though little before the public eye, Mr. Bye had a large circle of friends to whom his decease comes as cause for regret while at the same time regarded as a happy release from suffering.
The funeral takes place to-day in the Wagga cemetery, starting from the hospital at 11 a.m. Messrs. Hoye and Colbeck are arranging details of the interment, at which all friends of the deceased and. family are requested to be present.
