Graveside services for Mary Charlene Barr were held March 4 at Evergreen Cemetery in Minco under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home.
Charlene passed away Feb. 27, 2023, in El Reno. She was born July 5, 1930, in McQueen. She was raised in Minco, graduating from Minco High School in 1948. Charlene had worked as head cook in the Minco School lunchroom and later for Woodworth's Hardware and then the Grady County Treasurer's Office.
She taught Sunday school for many years at Minco First Baptist Church.
Charlene is survived by her sons, Stan Barr of Gilbert, Ariz., Tim Barr of Mustang and Brent Barr of Minco; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
