Helen Marie Springs entered this world on May 11, 1941, and lay in her mother's arms while her mother gazed down at her adoringly. Helen joined the family of Desmer "Hote" and Zeanette "Zea" Springs and their oldest child Sally Jo, and with the births of Kathy, Jimmy, and Linda, the family of 7 was complete.

Helen grew up north of Stockdale and attended the Alum School through the fourth grade, after which time she then attended the Stockdale Schools for the rest of her education.

Her marriage to Arnold Lambeck Jr. was the beginning of an almost 60 year love affair. They were best friends and partners in adventures all over the world. Helen and Arnold were blessed with four children: David, Steven, Vernon, and Laura. She was a hands-on loving mother who relished the time spent with her children, even during their teen years. She continued her close relationship with her children as they became adults. Her love for her family grew as her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were born. She cherished every moment she spent with them.

Helen's relationship with Jesus began when she was young and grew until her final breath. She had a deep love for her Savior and Lord, which resulted in a desire to serve him. As an active member of First Baptist Church of Stockdale she served on many committees, but her true calling was hospitality.

Helen (Springs) Lambeck left this world on February 15, 2022, and kneeled at her Lord's feet while she gazed up at him adoringly. And she is home.

A Visitation with the family will take place Sunday, February 20, 2022 from 3:30 – 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Stockdale, Texas.
