Frances Martha Lynes was a daughter of James Madison and Hannah Bruington Victor Lynes.

Looks like:
Died July 12, 1845
Aged 6 months and 8? days.

Using a date calculator, Frances Martha Lynes' birth date would have been January 4, 1845, using the age information listed above.

Considering the appearance of this gravestone is very similar to Ann H. Lynes' gravestone, my guess is these two girls, and their brother, Joseph L. Lynes, died just days apart.

If that is not true, census records show:
1850: Shown as Martha F. Lynes, age 2
1860: Shown as Frances, age 12

There is the possibility there were two Frances Martha Lynes in this family since the census records above refer to a daughter who was born in 1848 and, she was, apparently, named after her older sister who died in 1845, if the above dates are accurate.

If there was only one daughter who was named Frances Martha Lynes, then the death date on the gravestone has to be 1848.
