Wendy "Pooh" Borland, 53, earned her beautiful wings and joined her parents in her heavenly home on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.
Wendy is preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Gertrude Borland of Cedar Grove. She was the youngest of seven siblings; Dianne Glosson (Larry), Sammy Borland (Betty), Steve Borland, Betty Borland, Bobbi Cabe (Mac), and Sandy Borland Rimmer (Darryl) and her loving companion Norman Klase. She was (Aunt) Pooh to many nephews (great) and nieces (great). She was a 24-year employee of PHE where she had a second family of many other "brothers and sisters."
Wendy was a lover of all animals who walked this earth, a compassionate, loving soul and a friend to anyone who needed one, whether you walked on two or four legs. She loved you hard if she loved you and you felt it.
A visitation will be held at Walker's Funeral Home in Hillsborough on February 27, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M., followed by a burial at Eno Presbyterian Church in Cedar Grove. Donations may be made to your local animal shelters in lieu of flowers. This was a cause she was very passionate about.
