He was a native of Vardaman and was an employee of Borden's Food Inc.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. La Verne Denton of Jackson; father, Bobby Denton of Memphis, Tenn.; sisters, Mrs. Rene Jenkins of Jackson and Miss Kim Denton of Greenwood; half brother, Rodney Denton of Memphis; half sister, Miss Judy Denton of Memphis; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Cascille Baker of Greenwood; and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bunyan Denton of Eupora.
