Cynthia Joyce Minter, 65, of Ridgeway, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at SOVAH Health of Martinsville. She was born May 29, 1956, in Martinsville, to the late Marion Herbert and Beadie Jeanette Campbell Joyce. She was a homemaker and was affiliated with Horsepasture Christian Church. She was a member and volunteer at the Spencer-Penn Center. She loved fishing, flowers, crocheting, and she loved animals.
Mrs. Minter is survived by her husband, William "Eddie" Minter, Sr.; daughter, Rebecca Littles; sons, William E. "Bill" Minter, Jr. and Todd Cross; sisters, Elizabeth Hoskins and Wanda Moore; brothers, Mike Joyce, Frankie Joyce, Todd Joyce and Rodney Joyce; and seven grandchildren.
The memorial service will be Monday, December 13, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel.
