Eveline Cattle (nee Kidd) Kulik, 89, of Cedar Crest in Pompton Plains, passed away in comfort and peace on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 after a courageous battle with kidney disease.

She was born in Scotland and came to the United States at the young age of five. She was the daughter of the late Alfred and Eveline (nee Drummond) Kidd.

Eveline was the oldest sister of surviving siblings, a brother, Jimmy Kidd and his wife Nancy of West Newbury, MA and a sister, Frieda Donnelly and her late husband Jimmy of Bloomfield, NJ.

A devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother, Eveline is survived by her beloved husband and high school sweetheart, Bob Kulik; two beautiful children, a daughter Laura Zaccaro and her husband, Joe of Washingtonville, NY and a son Bob Kulik and wife, Kimberly of Sparta, NJ. She is also survived by five wonderful grandchildren who she loved very much, Jessie and her husband Louis Pelino, Joey Zaccaro and his wife Lynn, Ryan Zaccaro and Lauren and Jack Kulik. Eveline is also survived along with many nieces and nephews.

Her grandchildren share many wonderful memories and the love she displayed to them will last forever.

Eveline was happiest when she was with Bob and her family vacationing in York Beach, ME and Ocean City, NJ. Eveline and Bob also enjoyed their many visits to Atlantic City, NJ.

She was a kind, gentle, sweet and outgoing woman who loved to be surrounded by friends and family. To know Eveline was to love Eveline. She was an Angel on Earth and is now in Heaven watching over all her loved ones.

Visitation was offered on Monday, October 11, 2021 from 3-6 PM at the Samuel William Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre Street, Nutley, NJ 07110. A funeral service was conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 11 AM followed by interment at Crest Haven Memorial Park in Clifton, NJ.
