Mrs. Elsie Hartman died at her home near Annville, Pa., early Wednesday morning, death being due to heart failure. Mrs. Hartman was a daughter of the late Jacob and Sallie Wampler, and wife of the Rev. Walter W. Hartman. She was a native of Rockingham County until three years ago, when she moved to Pennsylvania with her family. She is survived by her husband and several children, as follows: Russell, Galen, Alma, Joddie, Omega, Raburn and Isaac, the latter four weeks old. Also the following brothers and sisters survive her: Mrs. Clarence Jarrels, of Penn Laird, Mrs. Perry Liskey, of Harrisonburg, Luther Wampler, of Weyers Cave, Clyde Wampler, of Goods Mill, and Homer Wampler of Annville, Pa.
