Mrs. Sarah Ann Danley Victim of Long Illness
Mrs. Sarah Ann Danley, aged 75, died at 3:00 yesterday afternoon at her home 711 South Sixth Street following an illness of three years due to old age infirmities. She had been critically ill since Sunday a week ago. Mrs. Danley was a native of Polland County, but had been a resident of Greene County practically all her life. She was the widow of the late Al Danley, who died Dec. 11, 1934.
Funeral services were conducted this afternoon from the family residence and burial was made in Linwood Cemetery. The Rev. C. E. Cox, pastor of the Church of God, officiated.
Surviving are two daughters Mrs Arthur Westfall of Houston, Texas and Mrs. F. Fletcher of Rt. 4, two sons Joe Danley of Paragould and Mack Danley of Rt. 4, 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
