Mr. Charles Matthew Burton, age 58, formerly of West Somerset passed away Friday, September 21, 2007 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
Mr. Burton was born in Somerset on January 12, 1949 to the late Charles William Burton and Thelma Lyons Burton Eastman.
He is survived by his stepmother, Ona Burton of Somerset; only marriage of 7 years to (Rhonda Burton Cole )three brothers, Richard ( Patricia Burton) ,Somerset Waylon Burton Faubush, KY and Cruz Trimble of McCreary Co.;
Along with his parents he is preceded in death step brother Paul Trimble; a sister, Dina Barbazote; his stepfather, Raymond Eastman;
Funeral services for Mr. Charles Burton will be held on Monday, September 24, 2007 at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home at 1:00pm with Bro. Gene Wells officiating. Internment will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2007 at 5:00pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Charles Burton Memorial Fund.
