Christopher Paul Dominguez 49, passed away on Thursday, January 21,2021 in Midland, Tx. He was born in Odessa, Tx but raised in Midland. He was very active in Special Olympics during his younger years. He loved school and all the activities involved and the friends and teachers he had along the way. He graduated from Robert E. Lee high school with the class of 1991. He loved to watch his Cowboys and other sports with his dad and nephews, Paul loved his Tejano music and there wasn't a band or song he didn't know. But most of all he loved to dance. Dancing was his life up until he just couldn't do it anymore. Weds, Thurs and Fridays at the dance club were what he looked forward to every single week. He never missed a day if he didn't have to. Paul is survived by his father Hilario (Lon) Dominguez(wife Janie), Sisters Debbie Dominguez(Cory) and Gina Dominguez Nanez(Adan). Niece Melanie Esquivel and 8 nephews, several great nephews and nieces. His aunts, Ester Rodriguez(Polo), Delma Avila(Ricardo), Annie Pierce(Jimmy), Bertha Ramos(Abiud), Rosie Bitolas(Alex), Mary Rios. Uncles, Crispin Dominguez Jr(Donna), Jimmy Sanchez(Lupe). He is preceded in death by his Mother, Eva Sanchez Dominguez, Paternal grandparents Cresipin and Irene Dominguez and Maternal grandparents, Julio and Manuela Sanchez. Uncles, Ricardo Dominguez, Edward Sanchez and Ruben Sanchez and Aunts, Cecilia Sanchez and Gloria Chalambaga. Viewing and funeral services will be held at Lewallen-Garcia, Pipkin Funeral Home. Viewing will be Tuesday Jan. 26, 2021 from 10:00am until 9:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Wed. January 27,2021 at 12:00pm with burial immediately following at Resthaven Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny Esquivel, Gabriel Dominguez, Devin Nanez, Phillip Wright, Marcus Wright, Austin Wright, Brandon Nanez and Matthew Nanez. Honorary pallbearer will be Melanie Esquivel. We will forever cherish the memories Our son, brother, uncle and nephew left with everyone who knew him. Forever grateful for the time we had here on earth with him. Our Paul is now dancing in heaven with his angels.
