Albert James "Jimmy" Mills Jr. of Rt 1 Mineral Point died en route to the Washington County Hospital on Wednesday, August 7, 1968. He was born in St. Louis on August 8, 1945, the son of Albert and Zelma Mills, and was 22 years, 11 months, 29 days at the time of his death. He is survived by his mother, Zelma Mills; and sister Della (Mrs. Perry King) of Rt.1 Mineral Point; two brothers, Johnny Mills and Joseph Mills, of the home; and one half-brother Ferman Breakfield also of Rt. 1 Mineral Point. He is further survived by his grandmothers Lula Breakfield and Ethel Mills and other relatives and friends. His father, Albert Mills Sr., preceded him in death in July of this year. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 10 at Center Post Church with Rev. John Britton officiating. Interment was at Shoal Creek Cemetery with the Donald Sparks Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
