She grew up in New York, Pennsylvania and Maine. Her Massachusetts death record incorrectly reports her birth as July 8th, but she was born on July 3rd. She was hit early with debilitating MS, and passed at the age of 50 in Boston. While she was cremated at Mt. Auburn, her ashes went with her brother, Doug to Maine (both parents had passed away in Boothbay Harbor Maine just a few years before her).
