Margaret “Peggy” Ann Abrams, nee Raidt, 78, formerly of St. Peters, MO, born on December 17th, 1941 in St. Louis, MO. Passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 with her loving family by her side at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital.
Peggy was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, cousin, aunt and friend. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking, shopping and being pampered at the salon.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, John and Velma Raidt, brother, Jack Abbott, and her son, Tony Abrams. Peggy is survived by three children: Debbie (Kirk Sr.) Tass of Florissant, MO, Jack (Janel) Gaultney of Warrenton, MO, and Jim Abrams of Wentzville, MO.; beloved step-mother of Sandy Clark, six grandchildren: Erin Nissen of St. Peters, MO., Staci Thompson of Troy, MO., Tony (Erica Dicresce) Gaultney of Grover, MO., Amy (Tyler) Holdener of Houston, TX., Kirk Jr. (Abby) Tass of Foristell, MO., and Danielle Schlager of Warrenton, MO.; six great-grandchildren: Gavin and Chase Thompson, Harper and Reagan Greynolds, Ryan Nissen and Mila Tass, beloved cousin Paul (Lynette) Raidt of St. Louis, MO., beloved aunt to Christine Hinchey of St. Louis, MO., and Jacque Abbott of Florida, honorary aunt to Jeff Sheets of Troy, MO., Darla Hart of Troy, MO., and Dana Sheets of Troy, MO.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 9:00am ~ 12:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St. Peters, MO.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
