Carolyn F. Logsdon, 80, of Findlay, passed away at 8:35pm on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. She was born on July 1, 1939, in Findlay to the late Henry and Maxine (Brown) Hildebrand. She married Donald Logsdon on December 26, 1958, and he preceded her in death on July 8, 2003. Carolyn is survived by her sons: Mike (Barb) Logsdon, Mark (Kathy) Logsdon, and Jack (Casandra Christman) Logsdon, all of Findlay; her brothers: Tom (Dee) Hildebrand of Whitehouse, OH, and Bob (Kim) Hildebrand of Findlay; her sisters: Mary (Dewaine) Richardson of Arlington, and Martha (Bill, deceased) DePuy of Buffalo, WY; her son-in-law, Tom Nau of Dublin, OH; sister-in-law, Susan Hildebrand of Findlay; her grandchildren: Jeremy (Brianna) Logsdon, Nikki (Austin) Riggs, Jacob (Emily) Nau, Lucas Nau, Justin Logsdon, Travis Logsdon, Zachary Logsdon, Shannon Logsdon, and Bailey Logsdon; and her great-grandchildren: Brooklyn Logsdon and Mason Riggs. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Donita Nau; and her brothers: Clarence and George Hildebrand. Carolyn was a homemaker, and had formerly worked for Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., Marathon Oil Company, Findlay City Schools Cafeteria, Pruitt Moving & Storage, Things-N-Pills, Readmore Books, and later Burger King. She was a former member of Parkview Church of Christ and current member McComb Church of Christ, where she was very active and involved in both congregations. She had been a Den Mother for Pack #310. Carolyn was a talented seamstress, and enjoyed crocheting and needle point. She loved to be in the kitchen baking and cooking, but her greatest love was her family. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. Burial will be in Knollcrest Gardens, east of Findlay. Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm on Friday, February 14 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME. Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Patient Services.
