Born January 19, 1939, he went to be with the Lord on October 1, 2019. Sam was 80 years young and full of grace and love. He was born in Coleman Texas to David Bullock and Hazel Neuroth Bullock.
He served his country in the Navy in October 1961 to September 1965 on U.S.S. Bryce Canyon. He married the love of his life on January 1, 1967.
He was preceded in death by his parents David Bullock and Hazel Neuroth Bullock, his son Thomas Dewayne Bo Bullock, granddaughter Angel Barber, great grandson Rice Neddo Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife, daughters, son, daughter-in-law, 14 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
