Marinda Alice Peters, Passed away suddenly Saturday August 15, 1987 in Geneva, Alabama enroute to Lake Whales, Florida She was born November 11, 1916 the daughter of William and Drucie (McDougald) Byrd. She had lived many years in the Hickory Corners area where she was bus driver for the Gull Lake Schools for many years. She was a member of the Urbandale Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was married to Gerald Peters March 9, 1966 and he prececed her in deaath in March 1980.Surviving are 1 son Jerry Conklin of Yakima, Wa; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Pat Latta of Lake Wales, Fl and Drucile Thurston of Battle Creek, 1 brother, William H. Byrd of Battle Creek.
