Born February 3, 1940, in Manning, he was a son of the late John Harmon Holladay, Sr. and the late Mary Rhodus Holladay.
He is survived by three children, Melissa Holladay Cusack of York, John H. “Trea” Holladay III (Angie) of Olympia, WA and Dana Holladay Faugno (John) of Derby, CT; three brothers, Ray Holladay, George Holladay and Paul Holladay; and two sisters, Evelyn Moseley and Betty Jo Anderson.
