Brenda Abraham, 63, of Abilene, passed away Monday, September 24, 2018. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in North's Memorial Chapel with Carolyn Easter officiating. Burial to follow in the Tye Cemetery, under the direction of North's Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 ~ 8:00 P.M. Friday evening, in North's Memorial Chapel, 242 Orange St.

Brenda was born February 13, 1955, in Galveston, Texas to Billy Mac and Melba (Hawkins) Thompson. Brenda was a sweet, gentle soul. She had immense love for God, family and friends. Her sense of humor would always make you smile and laugh. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Patsy and Judy.

She is survived by her loving wife, Rita Hol. Son, Eric Cooper and wife Annie of Arlington, Texas. Daughter, Jennifer Abraham of Conroe, Texas. Brother, Glenn Hanna of Oklahoma. Sisters; Debbie Gilliam and Betty Sims of Abilene and five grandchildren.
