Sharna was born on September 8, 1969 in Leavenworth, Kansas the daughter of Rhoda Fisher and David Wallace. She attended East Junior High School in Leavenworth.
She and Joseph Franklin were united in marriage in 1993.
She was formerly employed at Mount St. Scholastica in the dietary department.
Sharna loved to fish, watch Family Feud and play cards.
Left to cherish her memory include her parents; her husband; a son, Jovonnie Franklin, Leavenworth, KS, four daughters; Shaquan Wallace, Salina, KS, Talisha Franklin, St. Joseph, MO, Shontei Franklin, Atchison, KS, Arhianna Franklin, Atchison, KS, five sisters; Kialfa Fisher, Clairessia Wallace, Luvenia Wallace, Marquitta Wallace, Monica Wallace, five grandchildren and a hosts of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by a son; Davonn Franklin, a sister; Laneese “Tamu” Fisher, and a brother; David Wallace, Jr.
Funeral services will be Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Second Christian Church, 700 M St., Atchison, Kansas. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, June 28th, from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church. Final care entrusted to the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home.
