Peter John Raimo. He was born to first generation, Italian and, Irish Immigrants; the son of the late Mr.& Mrs. John Raimo, Sr. and Irene Maloney Raimo. He had one sister, Arlene Rose Raimo. The family resided at 248-18th Street in South Brooklyn, New York City. He attended St. John Evavgelist, Holy Roman Catholic Church and Parochial School, and graduated from John Jay High School, in the year of our Lord, 1962. He went on to study Mechanical Engineering at the New York City Community College. While working as a Draftsman in New York City, and the Tri-State Area. Also; working about the United States of America, performing 'Industrial Complex' Contract Engineering Designing; for the United States Military, the Department of Energy, and other Public and Private Installations. He attended other colleges and universities ae well, including; Herbert Bergoff School of Drama, Morgan State University and, Central Peidmont Community College. He had a daughter named "Paige Marie" Matras Lombardi a.k.a. Marianne Bjelke, of Brooklyn, New York; B.A. in Medical Admistration born December 30, in the year of our Lord 1969 to Marianne Matras of South Brooklyn, New York City. He married twice, first to; Elizabeth Wiley Raimo of Baltimore, Maryland on February 7, in the year of our Lord 1977; they having a daughter from this marriage, Sara Blu Raimo of Frederick, Maryland, BA in Graphic Arts; born February 7, in the year of our Lord 1978. The marriage, after several years, ended in a divorce. Establishing himself with a company he founded during his second marriage; American Technical Design Services, and acting as Technical Director in Charlotte, North Carolina; he met his second wife; Wanda Holt Lambert Raimo in the year of our Lord 1982. They had a protracted courtship of 'four years' and married on March 15, in the year of our Lord 1986. He helped his wife Wanda raise two sons from her first marriage, from childhood to manhood. Step sons; David Chip Lambert MA in Pyschology, born December 27, in the year of our Lord 1971 and Christopher Edward Lambert MA in Urban Planning and, Historic Preservation, born October 24, in the year of our Lord 1975. He attended Hickory Grove Presbyterian Church there and was ordained Deacon and Elder. He served on the Board of Managers at the Simmon's Family YMCA in Charlotte, North Carolina; while serving as an active member in The "Brother" John Birch Society. He was a Freemason with Mint Hill Lodge No. 742, A.F. & A.M. Mint Hill, North Carolina; A 32 Degree Scottish Rite Mason in the Valley of Charlotte, North Carolina and, an Oasis Temple Shriner A.A.O.N.M.S. in the Desert of Charlotte, North Carolina. He and his wife Wanda were also members in the Masonic Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 353, in Mint Hill, North Carolina. He was also a member in the Mecklenburg Wild Life Club of Charlotte, North Carolina; having a Life membership with the NRA, National Rifle Association. He and his wife Wanda resided at 6612 Terry Lane, Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, North Carolina. His favorite pets were a Lapland Herder, named "Sam." Also; two German Shepards named "Sam," and "Shatzi." And, a feline 'gray' cat named "Rameses Barracuda," who would retreive upon play. Peter John Raimo also played the guitar, and loved the "Pop Music" of Francis Albert Sinatra, the "Rock Music" of 'The King of Rock 'N' Roll,' Elvis Aaron Presley, and "Country Music" as well, including, Hank Williams, Sr. on thru to Johnny Cash et.al. And; he enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle through the countryside. On August 7, in the year of our Lord 2004, after 'four years' of courtship and 'nineteen and a half years' married; his second marriage dissolved into separation. He relocated to the Historic District of Concord, North Carolina in Historic Cabarrus County, where he resided; and there attended, Saint James The Great Holy Roman Catholic Church and First Presbyterian Church.
