He enjoyed spending time with his niece and nephews, helping at church functions, woodworking, fishing, taking care of animals, was a member of 4H showing pigs, chickens, woodworking and vegetables, and also on the Board of 4H Council and Dairy Promotion in Kenosha County and Rock County. TJ also volunteered with the Special Olympics, St. Jude's, the BESTD Free Clinic and was a blood donor.

Survivors include his mother, Diane Kreye; sisters, Kim (Jason Burger) Kreye, Kari (Chris) Krucek, and Katie (Matthew Fidler) Kreye; niece and nephews, Ethan, Addison, Nathan, and John; his grandmothers, Joan Depa and Marcine Kreye; and his dog, Bucky. He is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

TJ's family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Ellen Spiering for everything she did for him.
