BOWIE – Florine Pittman, 95, died June 2, 2016 in Bowie, TX.
The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. June 3 at The White Family Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. June 4 at the Sunset Assembly of God Church. Burial will follow at Smyrna Cemetery in Sunset.
Pittman was born Oct. 22, 1920 in Sunset to Albert and Arminda (Bargenbrook) Blaylock. She was a homemaker and a member of the Sunset Assembly of God Church for 40 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Arminda Blaylock; husband, Earl Pittman; sons, Garland Pittman and Stanley Pittman; four grandchildren; two sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by her children, Matheldia Fugitt, Bowie, Thelbert Pittman, Frankston and Kedith Shaw, Bowie; 14 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
