KENTON, Okla. - Richard Dwight "Dick" Bechtel, 81, died Wednesday, March 28, 2007, in Glendale, Ariz.

Family burial will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Giles Cemetery on the Dry Cimarron River in northern Union County, N.M. Arrangements are by Cimarron Mortuary of Boise City.

Mr. Bechtel was born Oct. 2, 1925, in Los Angles to Lester Milton and Hope Giles Bechtel. He married Edith Bullard Vaughn in Clayton, N.M.

Survivors include a sister, Ina Jean Wilkinson of Clayton; and a brother, Steve Bechtel of rural Folsom, N.M.
