Robert Anderson Barnes was born 18 Feb 1949 in Big Spring, Texas, to Frank Barnes, Jr. and Rena Beth Anderson.
Robert proudly served in the US Navy and then as a Security Advisor for the Saudi Arabian National Guard during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He retired from the NSA as an Intel Officer in 2014.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Cristina Barnes; daughters, Christy Partney (Bo) and Ashley-Taylor Barnes; sister, Susie Campbell (Mark); brother, Frank Barnes (Becky); grandchildren, Jordan Partney and Jake Partney; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
