William was the son of Frank Fisher and Clara Brumleve. Prior to 1940 he married Theresa Hellinger and they had three children: Peter, Marie and William. He was a retired truck driver who retired in 1966 from the Kentucky Transport, Corp. William died at the Kentucky Baptist Hospital at the age of 60.
