Survived by fiancée, Karlyn Spencer (his "Sweetheart"); children, Cordia Wilkinson (Tom) Harrington, Becky (Mark) Porter and J. Alan (Melissa Ann) Barton; grandchildren, Hunter Wilkinson, Brad Wilkinson, Tyler and Kristen Wilkinson, Lindsay Porter, Luke and Christin Porter, Anna and Maddie Barton, Graham Cosby, Beth (Stan) Westjohn, Laura (Jeff) Hettinger. Mr. Barton was a man of strong faith, and a W.W.II Veteran serving in Japan as a medic. He spent his working life in medical sales then, construction. His life was dedicated to his family where he enjoyed Sunday lunch gatherings, reading his bible, and showing magic tricks to children. His hobbies were bird watching and coin collecting.
