Grace A. Barone, A native of Memphis , age 85, passed away on September 22, 2017.
She attended St. Mary's and Humes High School. She enjoyed her career with American Greetings as a distributor for many years. Gracie's favorite hobbies included dancing, watching old black and white movies, cooking, reading, crossword puzzles and bargain shopping.
Our beloved Momma Lucci will always be remembered for her Sunday dinners and never letting anyone leave her home empty handed. The legacy she leaves her five children is one of courage and resiliency.
Grace is preceded in death by her parents Salvatore and Bernice Barone , her brothers Frank and Joe Barone, and her sister Rosemary Davis.
She is survived by her children Michael Kennedy (Mary), Sheila Kennedy, Gigi Huffines (Randy) , Andy Calhoun (Cindy) , and Christopher Miller (Tifny), her siblings Sammy Barone and Toni Vallario, as well as fourteen grandchildren, Madison, Maverick, Mick, Michael, Christina (Max), Matthew, Hannah, Andrew, MacKenzie, Karah, Emma Grace, Isabella, Caroline, and Sarah Beth
A visitation will be held at Memphis Funeral Home Saturday, September 30th from 12:30pm to 2:00pm with a service to follow.
